Booth Sale Coordinator

Thank you for helping the Troops and girls achieve their goals!  All your hard work in securing sites, running lotteries, maintaining sites, and helping monitor troops was a huge part of their success in the Cookie Program.  We appreciate your hard work and commitment to making 2024 a successful Cookie Program. You are all rock stars!

Please remember to go back to the stores and thank the managers that you worked with. Take them a box or two of cookies and a hand written thank you, ask a troop or two to write thank you cards or use THESE.

Additional Booth Sales for troops with inventory remaining may be authorized through the end of March. If any of your Booth Sale locations are still open to having troops sell, connect with your Service Unit Cookie Manager to see if troops still have inventory remaining.  Add these locations to the Booth Sale Scheduler in ABCSmart Cookies for troop bookings.

We understand that the recent storms have made it difficult for many of our troops and Girl Scouts to sell cookies going door-to-door and at booth sales leaving them with unsold inventory. We have been listening to your concerns, and in response, we are happy to announce that we are extending the cookie sale through March 17th!

How can you help?  Please update the booth scheduler with additional booth locations, dates, and times through at least March 17th. Remember, the Walmart locations who have approved our booth sale requests are good for the March 15-17 weekend and Stater Bros has given us permission to sell through March 31st.  More locations will be needed so please work with your store managers to allow our troops and girls to booth at their location for one more week.
