Cookie Kick Off 2024

Registered Cookie Kick Off Participants, we are looking forward to kicking off the Cookie Program with you Sunday, January 7, 2024!

Get ready to have fun while learning about the Cookie Program, Cookie Share donations, how to set goals, exciting rewards and more!

Please note the event is rain or shine. We suggest to come dressed with layers of clothing that will keep you warm and make sure to wear comfy shoes.
There will not be any onsite registration for the event and registered Girl Scouts must have the appropriate amount of supervision per Safety Activity Checkpoints.

Camp Scherman Reward

New Girl Reward Option! 

We are excited to announce that Girl Scouts of Orange County has just added an additional reward choice for the 2024 Cookie Program. Girl Scouts that reach the 4000+ reward level will have the option to select between $200 Cookie Dough or a special summer session at Camp Scherman*.

This exclusive Girl Scout – only** Camp Scherman reward experience will take place July 15-19, 2024.

*Please note this experience is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for a different Camp Scherman session. Qualifying girls that are unable to attend will receive $200 in Cookie Dough, which is the alternative reward for the 4000+ level.

**This reward opportunity is for the Girl Scout only. If a Girl Scout Daisy achieves the 4000+ cookie level, an adult chaperone (age 21+) will be required to attend, participate, and partner with the camp staff. If you or your Girl Scout of any age level does not feel comfortable attending camp, we suggest choosing the Cookie Dough alternative. 

2024 Girl Scout Cookie Kick Off Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for Parent/Daughter, troops or groups of Cadette, Senior and/or Ambassador Girl Scouts to help plan and run stations at the 2024 Cookie Kickoff.

We need Girl Scouts who want to share their excitement and knowledge about the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in activity stations and other kickoff fun! Learn more and Register by clicking the button below!

As of today, an extension to place your Troop’s Gluten Free Cookie order has been made!

Please submit your Troop’s Gluten Free Cookie order by October 18, 2023.

Troops planning to sell the Gluten Free Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies during the 2024 Cookie Program must order cookies by Sunday, October 15, 2023. Gluten-Free cookies cannot be ordered from Cupboards.

Important! Make sure your Troop submits their Troop Banking Form in for the 2024 Membership year. This form is required for all Troops who plan to participate in the Cookie Program. A Troop Banking Form must be submitted every year. Remember you can attach an image of a voided check OR include documentation from the bank that includes the Troop Number, account number and routing number. NEW! ABC’s Toast-Yay! Cookies to Remain in Lineup Through 2025 

The Product Program Steering Committee, which is comprised of GSUSA staff and council representatives, along with our cookie bakers have heard from councils that the top priority currently is stability of the core Girl Scout Cookie varieties. 
 
After careful consideration, product research, and strategic conversations with our key stakeholders, GSUSA has made the decision that ABC’s Toast-Yay!™ cookies will remain in the lineup through the 2025 cookie season and no new cookies will be introduced.

Important! File Your Troop Banking Form

The Troop Banking Form, formally known as the Troop ACH Authorization Form, is live and ready for you to file your troop bank information. This form is due annually. Starting August 1st, you can submit your Troop Banking Form for the 2023-2024 Girl Scouts Membership year.

It’s important to know that this form is required for all Troops who plan to participate in the Product Programs. Please note that you must submit a new form yearly even if you have not changed accounts or signers and even if your troop filed one last year as stated in the Troop Financial Guidelines . Please make sure to submit a voided check with your bank’s routing and account information on it with the form.
