The Troop Banking Form, formally known as the Troop ACH Authorization Form, is live and ready for you to file your troop bank information. This form is due annually. Starting August 1st, you can submit your Troop Banking Form for the 2023-2024 Girl Scouts Membership year.

It’s important to know that this form is required for all Troops who plan to participate in the Product Programs. Please note that you must submit a new form yearly even if you have not changed accounts or signers and even if your troop filed one last year as stated in the Troop Financial Guidelines . Please make sure to submit a voided check with your bank’s routing and account information on it with the form.
