Welcome to the 2026 Cookie Program! As a Booth Sale Coordinator, you have a very important role in ensuring girls and troops have a successful Cookie Program experience. Here are some upcoming dates to remember:  

Complete Service Unit Booth Sale Coordinator training in gsLearn
Submit Service Unit Booth Sale Plan to Council by 11/20 at 11:59pm (cookies@girlscoutsoc.org located on the Service Unit page.


December 5-January 17

Continue securing booth sale locations for your Service Unit. If you receive a denial for any booth sale location, we want to know by filling out the Booth Sale Denials and Other Info Form
 Conduct Service Unit Cookie Booth Sale Lottery by Jan 9
 Use Booth Sale Spreadsheet to list booth locations, times, and dates 

As we gear up for cookie season, here are a few key dates to help keep everything running smoothly. Submit your Service Unit Booth Sale Plan by November 20 at 11:59 PM, then continue securing booth locations from December 5–January 17. If you run into any denied locations, please let us know through the Booth Sale Denials and Other Information Form. Be sure to conduct your Service Unit Booth Sale Lottery by January 13 and track all confirmed booth sites in the Booth Sale Spreadsheet.

If you run into any denied locations, please let us know through the Booth Sale Denials and Other Information Form.Don’t forget to hold your Service Unit Booth Sale Lottery by January 13 and record all confirmed booth sites in the Booth Sale Spreadsheet. 

Guess who’s back?
Partnerships with Wendy’s and Goodwill are continuing through GSUSA’s existing agreements.  

At this time, each Goodwill and Wendy’s location is opting in individually. As soon as we receive the confirmed locations for our Council, we’ll notify the appropriate Service Unit Booth Sale Coordinator.

Conduct Service Unit Cookie Booth Sale Lottery by Jan 13
Start the Booth Sale Spreadsheet and list booth locations, times, and dates in preparation for the ABC Booth Spreadsheet due date by January 19.

Past Due:
SU Booth Plan due 11/20/25
Service Units who missed the due date are encouraged to still submit their SU Booth Plans to customercare@girlscoutsoc.org with their Volunteer Manager cced in the email.

Important Upcoming dates:
January 6 – Cookie Program presales begin
January 1-14 – Begin uploading booth locations information into ABC Smart Cookies
January 16-19 – Review booth assignments for accuracy
January 19 – Booth Sale Spreadsheet and Super Booth Form due to Council
January 20-28 – Have troops run booth sale reports to check accuracy of lottery assignements
January 26 – Girl Delivery and Cookies in hand sales begin!
January 27 – ABC Booth Scheduler opens for early access troops
January 28 – Booths open to all troops
February 6 – Booth Sales begin!
