It reflects a strategic shift informed by two years of qualitative and quantitative data collected from volunteers and members, meeting the needs of today\u2019s girls and families where they are today. It is our top priority to strengthen volunteer and member experience at GSOC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We deeply value the incredible time, energy, and heart our volunteers dedicate to creating meaningful experiences for girls. By streamlining our entrepreneurship programming, we aim to better support our volunteers and families&nbsp;and ensure the Girl Scout experience remains engaging, enriching, and fun for every girl.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Looking ahead, we\u2019re excited to focus on impactful opportunities that help girls grow as leaders and entrepreneurs, including:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New events and activities that build business and financial literacy skills\u2014 beyond the incredible lessons learned through our product programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced troop support, resources, and training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time and spaces for girls to connect with other Girl Scouts during the busy back-to-school season<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A more consistent program year, with time freed-up to experience a well-rounded Girl Scout journey\u2014including outdoor adventures, the arts, STEM, and life skills\u2014to help girls become truly life-ready in a rapidly evolving world<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And increased resources and support leading up to the Girl Scout Cookie Program&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your ongoing dedication to our mission and to the girls we serve.
