Based on your valuable feedback, the Entrepreneurship team is piloting a new approach to the Fall Product Program training this year. For 2024, the Troop Product Coordinator (TPC) training will be optional. Please note, this applies only to the Fall Program TPC training—all Cookie Program trainings will remain mandatory.

For those who wish to learn more about the 2024 Fall Product Program, the optional TPC Training will be available on gsLearn, supported by the Fall Troop Plan Book. All Troop Product Coordinators should still rely on the Fall Troop Plan Book as their primary guide.

All Service Unit Product Managers are supported by the Council to instruct TPCs who may need extra support to take training.

Reminder: Please follow-up with any TPCs who are not registered, screened, trained or need to submit their Troop Banking form. Do not forget to keep your TPC roster updated.

  • Continue to encourage troops and girl scouts to participate.  Remind parents and troops that this is a great way for troops to earn funds for their troop activities and girls can earn fun rewards and patches.  It also prepares troops, girls, and parents for the cookie program.  Here’s how!
  • Troops – By participating in the fall product program, troops will know all their girls are officially registered for the membership year 2025, their troop banking information has been submitted, and it gives them time to ensure their Troop Cookie Coordinator is registered, role is chosen in their MyGS, and background screened prior to the start of the cookie program.
  • Girls and Caregivers – Girls, with their parent’s support will get to practice designing their online store front, making their pitch online, their online marketing and customer service skills.  This gives the girls and their parents a small glimpse into will be a little better prepared for the cookie program.

  • Add/Update delivery station and reward delivery information in M2OS by Tuesday, September 24, 2024.  See page 5 of the Service Unit Plan Book.
