Troop final reports and emails are due to Service Unit Product Managers on November 17 at 9am (make sure to cc the Troop Treasurer and Leaders). Please include the following in your emails:
Troop’s payment will be delayed until issue has been resolved.

The first ACH withdrawal for the 2021 Fall Product Program will begin Thursday, November 18, 2021. Troops with unresolved issues will not be debited.
If your troop needs a payment adjustment, you must complete the Payment Adjustment Form no later than November 16 at 3pm.

The online Troop Product Coordinator (TPC) Training is now available on GSLearn!
Be sure to log-in and enroll! Click on the link and follow the directions to receive your Certificate of Completion. When you successfully earn your certificate of completion, make sure to send it to your Service Unit Product Manager as proof that you have completed the training.
