Troop End of Sale Processing

The 2021 Fall Product Program has ended! Please see below for some Troop End of Sale Processing reminders: (Troop Plan Book page 16)

  • Record girl final payments into M2OS.
  • Make final deposits into TROOP bank account.
  • Make final entries for nut sales, booth sales, and Care to Share in M2OS.
  • Make sure all units from the Troop Cupboard have been allocated to girls.
  • Verify girl rewards and include any adjustments in the body of your email to the Service Unit.
  • Complete the Fall Product Program Evaluation (coming soon).

Troop final reports and emails are due to Service Unit Product Managers on November 17 at 9am (make sure to cc the Troop Treasurer and Leaders). Please include the following in your emails:

  • “Processing Complete” OR “Unresolved Issue” in the subject of your email.
  • All details of any pending problems in the body of the email and attach documentation (signed receipts).
  • Note if your troop submitted a parent Delinquency Report, Counterfeit Bill Report, or asked for a Payment Adjustment.

Troop’s payment will be delayed until issue has been resolved.

Create your Avatar and customized patch!

Creating an avatar is fun and easy. You will also be able to upload a photo and video for friends and family to see. This step is optional, but has been proven to increase sales. Girls have the opportunity to earn their own avatar patch! Girls who send at least eighteen emails through M2OS have 148% higher sales than girls who don’t. Girls with $325 in combined nuts and magazine sales can turn their avatar creation into their very own customized patch!
  • Create their own personalized avatar
  • Send 18 emails through M2OS
  • Have at least $325 in combined nuts and magazine sales
  • This patch will be mailed directly to the girl’s home, so be sure to enter her mailing address into M2. As each patch is unique and personalized, patches should ship in February.
  • Patch will be sent to production as soon as criteria is met, so make sure to have your avatar personalized the way you want it made.


Online TPC Training is Now LIVE!

The online Troop Product Coordinator (TPC) Training is now available on GSLearn!

Be sure to log-in and enroll! Click on the link and follow the directions to receive your Certificate of Completion. When you successfully earn your certificate of completion, make sure to send it to your Service Unit Product Manager as proof that you have completed the training.

5 Steps for TPC Appointment

Interested in becoming a Troop Product Coordinator (TPC)? To be appointed a TPC by your Service Unit Product Manager, you must complete the following 5 steps:

  1. Complete your registration for the 2021-2022 Girl Scout Membership year.
  2. Select your role in MyGS as the Troop Product Coordinator for your troop and complete online background screening as necessary (once every 3 years).
  3. Ensure Troop has submitted online Troop Banking Form with voided troop check attached (every troop must resubmit this form every year beginning August 1).
  4. Complete online orientation if this is your first time volunteering for Girl Scouts.
  5. Complete Troop Product Coordinator training online annually. See your Service Unit Product Manager for training materials or email

All steps must be completed by November 1, 2021 for troops to earn proceeds!
